Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations at least 3 days (72 hrs) prior to pick-up time results in NO cancellation fee.
- Cancellations between 1-3 days prior to scheduled pick-up time results in a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made in less than 24 hours of pick-up time results in a 100% cancellation fee. In the event of a cancellation that is made in a timely manner, all balances paid may be used as a credit up to 6 months later. Anything after the 6 months will NOT be applied and result in a loss. *remaining balances are due 7 days prior to the reservation* It will be your responsibility to call and re-book your trip within the 6 months timeframe.
